On 21 March 2011, the new hostel block “KALPA VRUKSHA” was inaugurated by our honourable patron Shri. M.Y. Ghorpade. The new Computer block “ABACUS” was inaugurated by Shri. S.Y. Ghorpade, chairman & Managing director, SMIORE.

Kalpa Vruksha has 32 rooms with 3 students in each room to provide accommodation to 96 final year students. All the rooms have attached bathroom & toilet. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and conducive for studies.

Abacus has 7 computer labs to house 30 computers in each lab providing independent and adequate computer facility for all the departments.
